At Heap, we believe optimizing your initial setup is essential to successful adoption. We’ve created this short course to help you get your new Heap account off the ground quickly, while staying clean and organized. During this course, we'll guide you through the key decisions to get started and manage your account-wide settings.

After each video, answer the related questions in your worksheet or just track your progress. By the end of this course, you'll have created a pretty solid Heap data governance strategy! Neat, huh?

You should take this course if you:

Are a Heap Admin
Are currently setting up your Heap account OR you want to create a governance plan for your account
Will have at least 5 people using Heap
