In this session, you'll get an overview of the entire onboarding series and we'll introduce you to your GO Toolbox. Next, we'll explain how Heap works and what the Heap Data Model looks like. After that, you’ll start building your analytics foundation and learning the ins and outs of Heap.
By the end of the session, you’ll be able to:
- Determine the Heap setup that best suits your business
- Set up your projects & environments in Heap
- Install Heap on all required domains
- Locate privacy/security options in Heap
- Differentiate between personal and shared spaces in Heap
- Explain the importance of labeling and organizing raw data to stakeholders
