In this session, we’ll start by exploring the three approaches to data governance and how to determine which is best for your business. After that, we’ll focus on how to organize and streamline your Heap data using naming conventions and categories. Next, we share how to perform QA & verify events to ensure consistency, clarity, and data integrity. Finally, we’ll wrap up by introducing two Heap tools that will help you enforce data governance rules, and smooth the user onboarding process.
