In Getting Started with Session Replay, we'll introduce you to Heap's Session Replay tool; including what it is, how session replays are rendered, where you can find them in Heap, and how to view them. We'll also walk through some real-world analytics challenges where the qualitative data from session replays are used to expand quantitative data insights in Heap.
You should take this course if you:
- Already understand the difference between quantitative data and qualitative data*
- Have access to Heap's session replay add-on in your account
- Have already completed the rest of the Getting Started learning path*
