In this course, we will focus on the importance of measuring the impact of a new feature post-launch, and how you can use this data to improve your product. We will begin by measuring discoverability and usability of a feature. Using Heap’s Funnel and Paths modules we will gauge the success of our feature launch from a UX perspective. Lastly, we will measure the direct impact of our feature on the company's key performance metrics using Heap’s funnel and retention modules.
At the conclusion of this course learners will be able to:
